Disclaimer
You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic piece therefore, subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Please read the specific dimensions listed for each piece because some of my pieces are smaller than others. These creations are made to endure, inviting you to treasure them for many beautiful years ahead.
What is an Online Collection Drop?
An online collection drop is when a new batch of handmade pottery is released and made available for purchase on my website at a specific date and time. Each piece is crafted in limited quantities, so once a collection is live, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. These drops often feature new designs, seasonal themes, or special one-of-a-kind collections.
Please note: adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. The piece is only yours once you’ve completed checkout, so I recommend shopping quickly if there’s something you’re really hoping to snag!
I announce collection drop dates in advance via our email newsletter and social media, so be sure to follow along and sign up to stay in the loop!
How to Shop an Online Drop
My collections often sell out quickly, so here are a few tips to help you shop with ease:
Set a reminder on your phone for the drop date and time — being ready right when it goes live gives you the best chance at grabbing your favorite pieces.
Create an account ahead of time and make sure you’re logged in for a faster checkout.
Simply visit jilliaceramics.com at the scheduled date and time of the drop. New items will be featured at the top of the SHOP page. If you don’t see them right away, just refresh the page and they should appear!
Remember: adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them — checkout fast to secure your picks!
Can I custom order a piece?
Yes — I offer a small selection of made-to-order pieces, which you can find here. When you’re ready, you can purchase directly through the website.
Please note: I’m not accepting custom requests outside of the pieces listed on that page.
How can I order something that’s sold out?
If an item is sold out, you may still be able to order it — as long as it’s a piece I’ve previously made and not part of a limited or seasonal collection. I accept made-to-order requests for select items, such as those available in sets, which you can find here.
Shipping
All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within 1-5 business days via USPS and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Each made-to-order piece will ship out within the timeline specified on the individual product page. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days with a photo of the package and I will work with you to fix the issue.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund, in the form of store credit, upon the return of your item/s and notifying me within 10 days of purchasing. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. I can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio and I have inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. I am not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email jillia@jilliaceramics.com.
Care
All functional pieces like mugs, bowls, plates, etc are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. Though hand-washing is always recommended to protect the longevity of a piece. If a piece is NOT food-safe, it will be listed on the individual product description. If you have questions about how to care for a specific piece, please email jillia@jilliaceramics.com.
